<p>PURPOSE:To improve reaction efficiency by sprinkling a fine alkaline particle and gaseous ammonia into a reaction tower through which the waste gas passes, introducing ammonium chloride into the agglomerate of the fine alkaline particle and subliming the ammonium chloride to make the agglomerate porous. CONSTITUTION:A liq. chemical contg. an alkali and gaseous ammonia are supplied into a gas 24 as a processing agent 23 from the upper opening of a first driving shaft 5, provided with centrifugal force by the rotation of a second diffusion plate 12, moved in the radial direction, allowed to collide with a crushing rod 11, pulverized, and injected toward the periphery. The injected processing agent 23 is brought into contact with the waste gas 2 supplied from a supply port 3, and allowed to react with nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides and hydrogen chloride. The ammonium chloride alpha formed by the reaction of the ammonia and hydrogen chloride is introduced into the fine alkaline particle gamma, and then sublimed to form cavities in the agglomerate. Consequently, the agglomerate is made porous, and the reaction with the sulfur oxides and hydrogen chloride is accelerated.</p> |
