Outboard propulsion device, muscle-energy mechanical motor which can be used for light craft on a sheet of water. The device makes it possible to move very easily and with precision on sheets of water. It is constituted by an assembly of gearings 18-19-20-21-22, a support 1 for fixing to the craft, a vertical shaft 11A and 11B of flexible octagonal shape 13 which bears all the limbs for transmission and the control of the centre-distance of the axes between motor and belt. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for fishing boats on sheets of water and rivers with calm water. <IMAGE>
