摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability and reproducibility of a measured value by splitting the laser beam applied to the skin to detect the loss quantity thereof and controlling the quantity of the laser beam from a laser beam source and/or the amplification factor of the output signal from a beam detector for measuring blood flow based on the detection signal of said loss quantity. CONSTITUTION:Laser beam is emitted from a laser beam source 7 and applied to the skin surface layer part S from the leading end of the probe 1 through a beam splitter 6. A part of the scattering beam containing blood flow data from the skin surface layer part S is applied to an operation part 11 by a beam detecting optical fiber 5 through a blood flow measuring beam detector 9 and an amplifier 10 to calculated blood flow quantity. The output from a loss measuring beam detector 8 is operated by a loss operation part 12 to calculate the loss of an optical fiber 3 and the signal corresponding to said loss is sent to the amplifier 10 and a control part 13. By this method, the quantity of laser beam of the laser beam source 7 and the amplification factor of the amplifier 10 are adjusted and accurate measurement can be performed.</p>
