The bat or racquet, especially for tennis, has a grip-head (10) which can cove along the two shaft ends (2) and can be locked in different positions. A wedge-shaped piece (3) can be released by a screw (4) on the grip end to allow the head (1) to move.$ The grip-head (1) has threaded rings (5) which together with the shaft ends prevent the grip-head (1) from moving when not required to do so. An extra fastening (6) prevents the screw (4) from turning when the racquet is in use.$ USE/ADVANTANGE - The racquet can be extended to any length and clamped in that position.
