A heating radiator has an accommodating housing for heating pipes, a reflector assigned to said pipes, and a protective grating engaging over the open side of the housing, as well as a device for fixing the accommodating housing in a pivotable fashion to wall surfaces. For the purpose of simplifying assembly and of accommodating an output range switch in a thermally protected fashion, it is provided that the accommodating housing (2) retains by means of two pivoting axes which are constructed on the accommodating housing (2) non-rotatably with the axes spaced equally a strip-shaped housing (5) which engages by frictional resistance on the pivoting axes and is formed by two half shells (5', 5'') which are pluggably connected and support the output range switch (21) and of which the half shell (5') averted from the accommodating housing (2) can be permanently connected to the wall surface (6) and permanently accommodates a housing (26) having electrical socket members (25) which can be connected to the mains, and the other half shell (5'') permanently supports a push-on terminal strip (23) having plug pins (24) which correspond to the socket members and are connected to the heating pipes, that the two half shells (5', 5'') are connected to one another jointly by means of plugging elements and are held pressed against one another by means of clamping members (16) applied in the regions of the pivoting axes. <IMAGE>
