(Meth)Acryloylgruppen und Ethylenoxideinheiten aufweisende, hydrophile Polyurethane, die durch Umsetzung von einer Polyisocyanatkomponente mit einer (Meth)Acryloylgruppen aufweisenden Alkoholkomponente und einer Polyethylenglykol-Komponente hergestellt worden sind, ihre Verwendung als reaktive Emulgatoren für in Wasser dicht dispergierbare, radikalisch härtbare Kunstharze, in Wasser dispergierbares Gemisch aus hydrophoben, (Meth)Acryloylgruppen aufweisenden Polyurethanen und derartigen hydrophilen Polyurethanen, sowie ein ein derartiges Gemisch als Bindemittel enthaltendes Beschichtungsmittel.
