PURPOSE:To realize efficient program loading by loading only the program of its own device in the memory of its own device from among the programs transferred successively by a multiple address communicating means. CONSTITUTION:A data processor 2 transfers the programs A, B, C in a backup file 5 at every program in this order to data processors 11 to 1n simultaneously through a common line by the multiple address communicating means 7 through a well known multiple address communication procedure. Each device 1 loads the transferred program in the memory 4 of its own device only when the indication graph 11 of the transfer order and the counter of the transfer order coincide with each other. Thus, even in the case of the program whose whole parts are so different that it can not be decomposed into a common block, if the programs of two or more devices 1 are the same, the loading of the program can be finished in a period of time shorter than the time to load the program by turns at every device.
