<p>The invention relates to an intake device (10) for an internal combustion engine of the type having a divided housing (12) to which are connected an inlet pipe (14) and at least one pair of tubular intake ducts (28A, 30A) joining together in a Y connection (26A) to feed an intake manifold (22A) connected to a cylinder of the engine and controlled means of sealing (32A, 34, 36) at least one of the two ducts. According to the invention the intake ducts (28A, 30A) and their connection (26A) extend right into the housing (12) through the wall of which the manifold (22A) projects outward in the direction of the cylinder and in which mobile sealing elements (32A) and at least one part (34, 36) of their means of control are arranged. <IMAGE></p> |
