Brake lever for vehicles which comprises a lever body, of a metallic type, joined to the actuating rod and accommodating, mounted in its inside, an endless/crown coupling which makes it possible selectively to vary the closeness of the shoes to the brake drum, characterized in that the metallic body is formed by the joining of two symmetrical half-bodies obtained by stamping of a sheet- metal cutout, forming half-cavities which, when both half- bodies are joined, between them form the complete cavity with the precise configuration to make it possible to mount the endless/crown coupling without the need to carry out any additional machining. <IMAGE>
