<p>A reactive, hot-melt polyurethane adhesive comprising 0.5 - 30 wt% of an aliphatic cyclic carbonate and 0.1 - 5.0 wt% of an aromatic carbodiimide for use in bonding shoe soles to shoe uppers. The composition is particularly effective in bonding leathers having a high content of free acids.</p> |
