Machine which comprises a movable frame formed by two horizontal plates 9-10 and a succession of vertical columns 11 which correspond to the same number of actuation units, each one of which comprises means 19-24 for securing the bird 6, means 29-30 for vertically inserting into the body of the bird a cylindrical cutter 28 which is subjected to rotation, and means 39-34-35 for producing suction through the hole made by said cutter, which frame encloses a concentric fixed drum 13 which, by means of a system of rollers 17-32-40 and channels 18-33- 41, governs the various mechanisms and is partially enclosed by a fixed horizontal guide 3 along which move a succession of transporter carriages 4 synchronized with the aforesaid units. <IMAGE>
