PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated product of different shape in a preferable productivity by a simple apparatus by attracting and holding a laminated sheet coated with an adhesive on the inner surface in a specific female mold and then introducing the sheet inside the mold. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum laminating device 11 which is provided with an air vent 17 and an air accumulation chamber 16 and which is formed of a female mold 18 (numeral 19 designates a vacuum pump) having an outer profile of a material 4 of different shape to be laminated on the inner surface is used. In other words, a laminated sheet 7 (the back surface sheet 8 of which is exfolidated and is wound on a roller 8') drawn out through a roller 9 is disposed in a reduced pressure chmber 13, is introduced into the device 11, is intimately contacted with the inner peripheral surface of the reduced pressure chamber 13, is simultaneously fed by a feed roller 5, the material 4 which is passed through a preheating section 6 is inserted into the device 11, the sheet 7 is bonded on the material 4 via the adhesive (numeral 12 designated an auxiliary laminating device for folding and bonding the sheet 7 to the inside of the material 4), and is then cut by a cutter 14 in the prescribed size, thereby obtaining a product 15. |
