PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive property between a plastic surface and an ink layer, by providing a first coat consisting of vinyl chloride vinyl acetate copolymer applied to the resin surface of base material to be printed, a second hardened coat consisting of ultraviolet radiation setting resin, and a resin ink layer printed thereon. CONSTITUTION:One side surface 1a of base material to be printed consisting of only polyester resin is made coarse and a coat 2 is closely fixed to this resin coat by using the resin obtained by making vinyl chloride vinyl acetate copolymer react with polyethylene. Medium ink is one kind of ultraviolet curing ink, which consists of prepolymer, monomer optical polymerization initiator, auxiliary, etc. When ultraviolet ray is irradiated after applying it to the resin coat 2, it is instantly hardened to form a film 3. Though a printing ink layer 4 is almost as the same one as the medium ink, pigment is contained therein. The coat 2 has large affinity to both the polyester sheet 1 and the medium ink layer 3 and the medium ink layer 3 has large affinity to a printing ink layer 4. The bondings are respectively strong. |
