The movable ceiling cladding plate is oblong (2), in shape. It is suspended at the ends (4,4') from fixed profiled members (14,14') so as to slide and swing down. At each end of the plate is a first hook (6,6') protruding sideways. This has a first horizontal section (8,8'), from which a second section (10,10') extends downwards at right angles. - Second hooks (16,16') each comprise a first horizontal section (18,18'), a second (20,20') extending vertically downwards, a third horizontal one (22,22'), and a fourth one (23,23') sloping downwards at 45 deg. in a plane parallel to the plate end.
