It comprises a main body which includes moulding (matrix) means, a reservoir of chocolate with an agitator, a device for extracting the chocolate and heating means to keep it in the liquid state. On this main body it is possible to fasten the following: a vibrating tray with a grille, a device composed of parallel guides on which there is, at one end, a hollow column for storing moulds, and means for advancing the latter, and, centrally, flexible blades with heating means or, finally, a device composed of a conveyor belt of the net type, actuated by rollers. This system is used to manufacture and cover sweets using liquid chocolate. <IMAGE>
