<p>A fixing jig is provided to reduce labor cost, enable a uniform welding operation to be performed, and improve safety of the welding operation by making it possible to easily adhere the fixing jig to an inner part of an LNG cargo tank and automatically performing a welding operation along welding lines of sealing walls, and an equipment and a method for welding sealing walls to a cargo tank of an LNG ship using the fixing jig are provided. A fixing jig(80) comprises fixing faces(82) made of a magnetic substance, and supporting members(85) installed on the bottom of the fixing faces, wherein the supporting members are formed in a shape corresponding to that of bent portions(15) formed on sealing walls(10a,10b) such that the supporting members are inserted between the bent portions. The supporting members are rod members or hollow pipes. The supporting members are arranged in two rows. The supporting members are installed intermittently with being spaced from one another in a predetermined distance. The fixing faces have a clamping hole(83) formed therein such that a clamping member(84) is inserted into the clamping hole to fix the fixing faces to the sealing walls. The clamping hole has a placement part(83a) formed thereon such that an upper end of the clamping member is not exposed when the clamping member is inserted into the clamping hole.</p> |
