<p>PURPOSE:To have an excellent a sliding characteristic and improve the extent of baking resistance as well as to make high speed operation performable by constituting a slider guide of an aluminum alloy containing a specified quantity of silicon and being of more than the specified hardness, while letting a slider have a specified plating layer at surface hardness of the specified thickness of its friction surface, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A slider guide 13 contains silicon as much as 10-18wt.% and consists of an aluminum alloy of more than 75 in Rockwell hardness B, while a slider 12 is constituted to have a plating layer of 400-1000 of micro-Vockers hardness at 3-30mum in film thickness, and making nickel, dispersing abrasion resistant baking-proof grains, of its main body. Accordingly, in this slider guide 13, primary crystal silicon existing the alloy receives frictional load, preventing any direct contact between metals themselves from occurring, thus baking resistance is improved. In addition, since the said plating layer, dispersing grains effective for improvement of the baking resistance, is installed in the slider 12, the baking resistance at time of sliding motion is yet more improvable.</p> |
