The tool for the introduction of medical instruments into bodily hollows, especially endoscopic medical tools, before the inner terminal area of the introduced endoscopic medical tool (1), is equipped thereon with an arranged firm thin-walled case (4), the inner terminal area of which is ended before the inner end of the introduced endoscopic tool (1), and it is connected with a closed double-walled tube (2) made of a soft inflexible material, e.g. of polyethylene. This closed double-walled tube (2) overlaps the inner terminal area of the introduced endoscopic tool (1) and at its outer end it is provided with an outer connection (3) for the inlet of a filling substance into the intermediate space of the closed double-walled tube (2). This medical instrument is convenient for the introduction of medical tools, primarily e.g. recto scopes and gastro scopes, into the bodily hollows.<IMAGE>
