EQUIPMENT FOR STRIPS' SYNCHRONOUS WINDING UP DURING THEIR PRODUCTION

The equipment is designed for the synchronous winding of belts under great speeds within the production. This equipment contains a rotating cooling cylinder situated under a melting furnace. The purpose rests in the fact that on the surface of a rotating cooling cylinder (3) a scraping wedge (15) is fixed within a winding funnel-shaped area (12), protected by levelling plates (14), between a retaining belt (4) and pressing belt (5). The retaining belt (4) is wound on a wind-off reel (7) and on a wind-up reel (13) through a stabilising roller (10). The pressing belt (5) is wound on the wind-off reel (6) and through the stabilising roller (8), pull-out contact roller (9) on the wind-up reel (13). The retaining belt (4), pressing belt (5) with a manufactured belt (1) can be rewound from the wind-up reel (13) onto a rewinding reel (16). The equipment for the synchronous winding of belts during their manufacture can be used during the production of metal and non-metal belts.<IMAGE>
