The disconnecting stop consists of a foundation plate (1) fitted with attachments (4) for a carrying lever mechanism of the disconnecting bar (2) connected with the stop drive (13). The innovation deals with an improvement of the known equipment of this type, being if a relatively simple construction in a way as to reduce dynamic shocks when stopping the cart units (23) and concurrently creating an effective barrier preventing from a randomly initiated reverse operation of the cart unit (23) from the place where it becomes detached from the transport chain and stopped. This is accomplished by the carrying lever mechanism of the disconnecting bar (2) being created as a bearing arm (3) fixed to a pair of the mutually coaxial attachments (4) the axe (5) of which is horizontal to the disconnecting bar (2) equipped with a leading catch (7) on its entering end (6) and a fixation sleeve (9) on its other end (8) for a stop silencer (10) while the bearing arm (3) of the disconnecting bar (2) is equipped also with a fixation console (11) for one end (12) of the drive (13).<IMAGE>
