PURPOSE:To absorb error and seal grease by interposing a sliding member which possesses soft elasticity between the inside and outside rails and springily attaching the sliding member from above and below the flange of the inside rail in the ear part of an outside rail and forming an insertion space for the flange. CONSTITUTION:An inside rail 1 has a flange 4 which is installed onto a car body side and extends sideways from the right and left upper edge parts of a recessed groove-shaped basic part 3. Further, an outside rail 2 has an ear part 6 which is installed onto a sheet side and surrounds the flange 4 on the right and left sides of a flat-plate-shaped basic part 5. A soft elastic sliding member 7 is interposed between the inside and outside rails 1 and 2. The sliding member 7 is deformed elastically into a shape set along the inner surface of the ear part 6, and is formed into an insertion space 10 corresponding to the side edge part 4b of the flange 4. Therefore, each molding error of the inside and outside rails 1 and 2 and the sliding member 7 can be absorbed by the soft elasticity of the sliding member 7, and grease can be sufficiently sealed. |
