<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the sufficient inertia effect of suction air by adjacently crossing suction trunks of two carburetters arranged between both cylinders of a V-shaped internal combustion engine with each other for ensuring a fixed length for suction trunks. CONSTITUTION:The first and the second carburetter C1 and C2 are respectively provided with suction trunks 61 and 62 with suction passages 51 and 52 shaped inside, and neighboring suction trunks 61 and 62 are adjacently crossed with each other at a fixed angle. Crossing parts of suction trunks 61 and 62 are constructed of air horns 91 and 92 made of elastic materials such as rubber or the like, and these air horns are contained in a common suction box 10. This construction allows to arrange suction trunks of the first and the second carburetter at a fixed length without bending even in a narrow space between the first and the second cylinder. Consequently, the inertia effect of suction air can be sufficiently used for promoting the output capacity of an engine.</p> |
