The combined tool handle is suitable primarily for processing tool machines. It consists of a fundamental part (1) and additional fork-shaped part (2) rested on ending sections (4,5) of a cylinder pin (6) by using a pair of its flanges (8,11), fixed by its central part in the fundamental part (1). The problem solved thereby is the extension of functional properties of the holder without any substantial increase of its manufacturing demandness. This is achieved due to the fact that one of the pairs of flanges (11,8) of the fork-shaped additional part (2) is equipped with an axial micrometric positioning screw (13) the free end of which is leaned against a front supporting area (14) of the fundamental part (1), while between the front face supporting area (9) of the fundamental part (1) and the second of the pair of flanges (8,11) of the fork-shaped additional part (2) an axial pushing spring (10) is placed.<IMAGE>
