发明名称 METHOD OF REARRANGEMENT OF FUSE DATA IN CHIP BY MEMORY REPAIRING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity of rearrangement and repair fuses arranged linearly successively by a method wherein all fuses in one chip are divided into blocks and the respective blocks are rearranged and the data of the fuses to be repaired are rearranged in the order of the rearranged fuses. CONSTITUTION:Information necessary for repair is inputted to a central processing unit 4 from a keyboard 2 and stored in a memory 3. When it is requested, the information stored in the memory 3 and the information of the rearrangement of fuses to be repaired which is read by an input device 5 are transmitted to a main part 6 for repair. If rearrangement is required, all the fuse coordinate data in one chip are read from the memory 3 and, in accordance with the data, all the fuses are divided into blocks and all the fuses in the chip are rearranged by rearranging the respective blocks and a table having the information of the order of the rearranged fuses is formed. Finally, the data of the fuses to be repaired are read from the input device 5 and the inputted data are rearranged in accordance with the table formed in the second process.
