<p>PURPOSE:To enable wasteless and reliable conveying of a total sample luquid by means of a simple mechanism, by installing U-reaction tubes each, which has a large caliber part at one end and a small caliber part at the other end, and a means which feeds liquid or liquid and gas to the large caliber part. CONSTITUTION:A large number of U-reaction tubes 9 are radialy secured to a rotary table 5 so that both ends thereof pass through and emerge from the rotary table 5. The U-reaction tube 9 is provided with a large caliber part 10 at the outer periphery side of the rotary table and a small caliber part 11 at the inner periphery side, a hollow needle 12 is attached to the end of the samll caliber part 11 perpendicularly to the rotary tble, and the connection is sealed so that it is prevented from the occurrence of leak thereat. Air is fed by an air feed tube 20, and a sample liquid 31 in the U-reaction tube 9 is pushed up to the inside of a measuring receptacle 22. The constitution prevents the reliable conveyance of total sample liquid by means of a simple mechanism.</p> |
