PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the cooking performance by a method wherein the controlling of heat quantity to apply in response to the change of heat load is made possible by measuring and comparing the heating time or non-heating time. CONSTITUTION:The count data of ON time is kept on taking by repeating the turning On and OFF of a heating part. When the number of data exceeds the certain fixed count N, the step 7 shifts to the step 8 so as to calculate the average of the count data in order to obtain the mean ON time W1. After the mean ON time W1 being set, the heating part 1 is turned ON and then, every time when an ON time W is counted at the step 12, the step 13 shifts to the step 14 in order to compare an ON time W with the mean ON time W1. When the ''ON'' time W exceeds the mean ''ON'' time W1 multiplied by the predetermined ratio A, the time point is employed as the detection point for load making and the step 14 shifts to the step 15. When the load making is detected, the step 1 shifts to the step 16 in order to keep on energizing the heating part 1 for the predetermined period of time. |
