PURPOSE:To select the length of a rectangular magnetic pole arbitrarily, and to obtain high output by drawing-machining a concave section at the central section of a discoid blank, punching-machining the magnetic pole from the inclined plane of the concave section and erecting the magnetic pole at a right angle. CONSTITUTION:A discoid blank with a diameter D4 slightly larger than diametrical size D2 in case of finish is cut off as the blank of the S pole board 106, and the truncated cone-shaped indentation is drawing-machined at the central section. The diameter d4 of the indentation is made slightly larger than the size d1 of an inner diameter in case of finish while the length l4 of the inclined plane is previously equalized with the length of the magnetic poles 107. A residual section is removed while the magnetic pole 107 sections are left rectangularly from the inclined plane of the indentation, an outer diameter section is punching-machined while being conformed to the finish size D2, the magnetic poles 107 are erected at right angles and the S pole board 106 is manufactured. |
