<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of a glass which is not yet cut in turn by arranging an assorting interlocking mechanism for assorting the turning shift of a steering wheel to the drag links for front and rear wheels in deflection to the mowed glass discharge side position of a mower and arranging the transmission input part of the mower on the opposite side to the deflection direction. CONSTITUTION:In the steering structure of a passenger car type lawn mower in which front/rear wheels 21 and 22 are interlocking-steered in the reverse direction by the turning operation of a steering handle 20 installed in the operation part 19 of a traveling body 1, a sector gear 23 which is turned by the turn of the steering handle 20 is arranged on the right side of a handle shaft 24. A Pitman arm 27 as assorting interlocking mechanism which assorts the turning shift to the drag links 25 and 26 for front and rear wheels is arranged in deflection to the mowed glass discharge part side position of a mower 4. Further, a transmission input part 8 projecting to the center upper part of the mower 4 is positioned, in deflection to the left side of the Pitman arm 27 arrangement part projection downward from the lower body part of the machine body.</p> |
