The nature of the solution consists in the surface division of slots (1) into several parts, the slot edges (1), forming circles, the centres of which are situated on the symmetry axis of the revolution of the terminal. This solution eliminates the disadvantage of terminals with a smooth surface which is based on an easy braking-away of the terminal from the tissue during the terminal refrigeration as a consequence of a different thermal dilatability of the terminals and the tissue. The above-mentioned solution is determined primarily for major flat or bulgy terminals to be used in the field of gynaecology, dermatology and universal surgery.<IMAGE>
