EQUIPMENT FOR BRICKS PRODUCTION WITH BALL ENDING

This innovation applies to the equipment for the manufacture of needles with a ball tip suitable for reshaping also a very thin wire made of refractory material, forming under quick-heating without using a forming tool of the needles head by melting-down the end of the semi-product head by an electric discharge. The essence of this solution is that it consists of a feeding and testing unit (6) connected to a levelling device (3), cutting unit (10), guiding and injecting unit (12), moving electrode, usually made of graphite, and from a source of electric power (16). The feeding unit is controlled by a cam (7), equipment for a setting thrust (8) is controlled by the cam (9) and cam (13) controls a device for the electrode wiring (14) and injecting the needle after its cut-off in the device (10). The cam (11) controls a cutting device (10) and the warm (15) controls the displacement of the moving electrode (14) and prevents a discharge at the same electrode point. The cams and warm are arranged on a driving shaft (5), actuated by the electromotor through a gearing mechanism (4).<IMAGE>
