PURPOSE:To easily record the numbers of paper money by reflecting the paper money numbers in a reflector via a viewing window and recording these reflected paper money numbers to a video signal recorder via an image pickup camera. CONSTITUTION:A bundle of paper moneys 5 is set at a prescribed position and a driver of a disk part 2 is actuated. Thus the rolls 4 of the part 2 abuts on the surface of the paper money 5. Then only the abutted paper money 5 is moved and turned over with no slip in response to the rotary movement of the rolls 4 caused via the part 2 since these rolls 4 are made of rubber. In this case, the number 5a of the paper money 5 is reflected in a reflector 8a via a viewing window 7 and then in a reflector 8b and a reflector 8c. Then the number 5a reflected in the reflector 8c is recorded to a video signal recorder 10 via an image pickup camera 9. In such a way, plural paper money numbers can be visually recorded in an easy and fast way. |
