PURPOSE:To improve clarity, scuff resistance, water resistance of an image by disposing heat sensitive layers for coloring in different hues on both side faces of a transparent support in such a manner that outermost side coloring layer of one side face is opaque and the other coloring layer is transparent, laminating a transparent protective layer on the transparent heat sensitive layer, and laminating an opaque protective layer on the opaque heat sensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:An opaque magenta heat sensitive layer 2 is provided on the rear face of a transparent support 1, a transparent cyan heat sensitive layer 3 is provided on the front face, a transparent protective layer 4 is provided on the upper part of the layer 3, and an opaque protective layer 5 is provided on the upper part of the layer 3. Both the layers 2, 3 are colored by the same applying heat energy. when an image is thermally recorded from both sides with a heat pen, etc., cyan and magenta colors can be independently colored on both sides of the support 1. Since the support and the protective layer are transparent, the cyan, blue, magenta are expressed with satisfactory color separation as a result that it is observed from the transparent protective layer side. Hard film agent is contained in a range of 0.01 to 10wt.% to the dry weight of the heat sensitive layer in the layer 3 directly under the layer 4 to improve water resistance. |
