PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition having non-combustibility, etc., capable of reducing the using amounts of conventional chlorofluorocarbon(CFC) and suitable as CFC substitute or a cleansing solvent by comprising at least one of 1-chloro-1,1,2,2,3-pentafluoropropane, etc., a surfactant and water. CONSTITUTION:A composition comprises at least one selected from compounds of formulas I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, etc., a surfactant such as preferably a compound of formula IX (R is 7-18C alkyl; X is an alkali metal such as K, Na or Ca), X (R1 is 6-24C alkyl; X1=X) or XI (R2 and R3 are 5-11C alkyl; X2=X) and water. The mixing amounts of the surfactant and water in the composition are 1-15wt.% and 1-15wt.%, respectively, and the composition has a more excellent cleansing power than those of conventional CFC solvents, can bs used as a remover for water-soluble cutting oils, especially as a cleansing agent for precise equipments, printed boards, optical lenses, etc., and does not affect composite parts comprising metals, plastics, etc. |
