PURPOSE:To properly display the trim state and improve steering performance by detecting the trim angle of a propulsion unit installed in tiltable manners onto a vessel and displaying the result of the detection onto a display device equipped with a drawing display part and a numerical value display part. CONSTITUTION:As for an outboard motor which is installed in tiltable manners onto a vessel, the trim angle which the installation attitude of a propulsion unit for the vessel forms for a standard installation attitude can be adjusted by a trim angle adjusting device. A display means 18A which displays the trim angle of the propulsion unit is installed at one corner (b) of the CRT display part 12B of a display device 12 which displays the fish group searching information, engine related information, and the navigation related information. The display means 18A is constituted of a drawing/equation display part 301 which displays the installation attitude of the propulsion unit 1A on the basis of the result of the detection of a trim angle sensor and a numerical value display part 302 which displays the trim angle of the propulsion unit 1A by using numerals. |
