摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To widely set a driving voltage range in which a processing circuit can be operated by fluctuating a reference voltage in following up the temperature in the vicinity of the processing circuit, and resetting only when a voltage for energizing electric power to the processing circuit drops to the vicinity of the lowest voltage by which the processing circuit can be operated. CONSTITUTION:A processing circuit 13 consisting of a semiconductor is energized by a DC power source and driven, and executes an initializing operation in response to a reset signal Reset from a comparing means. In the vicinity of the processing circuit 13, a temperature detecting means 14 for detecting a temperature is provided, and in response of an output of the temperature detecting means 14, a reference voltage generating means generates a reference voltage being a little higher than the lowest voltage by which a normal operation of the processing circuit 13 can be executed. Subsequently, an output voltage of the DC power source energized to the processing circuit 13 and the reference voltage of the reference voltage generating means are compared in a comparing circuit, and when the output voltage of the DC power source becomes under the reference voltage, the reset signal Reset is generated, and applied to the processing circuit 13. In such a way, the processing circuit 13 can be brought to normal operation effectively.</p>
