PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a processor number setting switch and to prevent an error of setting caused by a person's help by constituting this system so that plural processor numbers can be recognized and set automatically. CONSTITUTION:Based on a mounting position in a data processor of each microprocessor 1 - 3, a diagnostic processor 4 starts a microprogram by setting an address A of a control memory 10 to an address register 11 as for the microprocessor 1, and starts a microprogram by setting an address B of a control memory 20 to an address register 21 as for the microprocessor 2. Also, as for the microprocessor 3, the microprogram is started by setting an address C of a control memory 30 to an address register 31. As a result, the microprocessors 1 - 3 recognize their own processor numbers as (a) - (c), respectively, and thereafter, execute a common initialization processing D. In such a way, with respect to each of the same micro-instruction step groups, the processor number can be recognized by only setting a start address. |
