PURPOSE:To enable the irradiation of laser beams to a precise position on an infrared image by making laser beams enter into an infrared image transmitting fiber bundle from the image outgoing end surface side. CONSTITUTION:An infrared camera 5 having a microscope 4 installed thereon is disposed in opposition to the outgoing side end surface 3c of an infrared image transmitting fiber bundle 3, and an infrared image transmitted by the infrared image transmitting fiber bundle 3 is detected there. In this infrared image, the difference in temperature of a subject is converted into the difference in visible colors by a conversion unit 6, and the temperature distribution of the subject is displayed with different colors on a display 7. The infrared rays going out from the infrared image transmitting fiber bundle 3 is permeated through a wavelength selecting mirror 12, and the laser beams going out from a laser guide fiber 11 is reflected by the wavelength selecting mirror 12 and entered into the infrared image transmitting fiber bundle 3. The laser beams are transmitted in the infrared image transmitting fiber bundle 3 and irradiated to the subject (affected part) through an objective lens 2. |
