<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the ultrasonic machining machine, which can execute uniform ultrasonic machining at all times, by detecting the temperature of a bracing tool and controlling the quantity of vibration of a horn for machining in response to the temperature signal. CONSTITUTION:A thermistor 33 detects the temperature of the outer surface of a hold-down roller 25, the degree of amplification of a variable amplification- degree amplifying circuit 35 is controlled in response to the detecting output of the thermistor, and the quantity of vibration of an ultrasonic vibration element 9 is adjusted. The quantity of vibration of the vibration element 9 is increased when the temperatures of the outer surfaces of the bracing roller 25 and a machining surface 13 are low, and the amplitude of the vibration element 9 is reduced when they rise.</p> |
