PURPOSE:To enhance surface active properties and to improve permeability and wetting force by preparing a glycerophospholipid composition by adding a specific amount of 16-22C unsaturated fatty acid and 8-14C fatty acid to lysophosphatid. CONSTITUTION:A glycerophospholipid composition is prepared by adding one or more kind of fatty acid selected from a group consisting of 16-22C unsaturated fatty acid and 8-14C fatty acid to 1mol of lysophosphatid in the sum amount of 0.5-2mol. As an embodiment of lysophosphatide, there is one prepared by hydrolizing glycerophospholipid such as soybean phospholipid, rapeseed phospholipid or corn germ phospholipid by phospholipase A2, A1 occurring from a microorganism. When diacylphosphatid is mixed with lysophosphatide, the wt. ratio of the latter to the former is pref. 50/50 or more. |
