PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition improved in adhesiveness to rubbers of other kinds by mixing a chlorinated rubber with a specified ethylene copolymer. CONSTITUTION:75-99.5wt.% at least one chlorinated rubber selected from among a chlorinated PE of a chlorine content of 20-50wt.%, a specific gravity of 1.05-1.30 and a Mooney viscosity [ML1+4 (140 deg.C)] of 30-70, y chlorinated ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer rubber of a chlorine content of 5-45wt.% and a Mooney viscosity [ML1+4 (121 deg.C)] of 10-160 and an epichlorohydrin rubber of a chlorine content of 15-40wt.% and a Mooney viscosity [ML1+4 (100 deg.C)] of 20-150 is mixed with 25-0.5wt.% ethylenic copolymer of formula I [wherein X is formula II or III; R<1-3> are each H, an (un)substituted alkyl or an (un)substituted aryl; m is 50-95wt.%, and n is 50-5wt.%] having an MFR (190 deg.C) of 0.1-800g/10min (e.g. ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer). |
