PURPOSE:To maintain the water quality of a product for a long time in good condition by heating raw material water at a specific temperature for a specific period of time, passing the same through a sterilizing filter and then bringing the same into contact with oxygen in a closed container under pressure and dissolving oxygen content by specific ppm in the raw material water. CONSTITUTION:Raw material water is heat sterilized in a heating tank 1 at 85 deg.C or above for 30 minutes or more, transferring the same to a cooling tank 3 by a pump 2 and cooled down to the proper temperature of 50 deg.C or lower. Solids such as considerably fine bacteria of various kinds or organic materials are removed in a sterilizing filter 4 and raw material water is easily filled by a liquid filter 5. Then, a valve is installed in the container by a valve crimper 6, and oxygen or mixed gas of oxygen and inactive gas is filled in the container under pressure by a gas filler 7 in a manner that dissolved oxygen concentration of product water is 20ppm or more to form bacteriostatic water as a product. contamination by microbe can be prevented securely by the arrangement to prepare water maintaining good quality condition for a long time. |
