PURPOSE:To ameliorate sealing properties in the time of expansion processing, to simplify removal of a molded part after the expansion processing to improve the manufacturing efficiency by applying specific material for the spacer used in combination with a force for hard urethane foam. CONSTITUTION:In manufacturing a container, in order to make a gap for inserting the upper edge of an outer box, spacers 9, 9' are inserted into expansion forces 8, 8', 8'' and expanding agent and original liquid of urethane are injected from an original expanding liquid injector 10 to be expanded and cured. Thereafter, the forces 8, 8'... and moreover the spacers 9, 9' also are removed. These spacers 9, 9' are formed from the mixed rubber of nitrile butadiene rubber and chloroprene rubber. |
