A device for changing a vehicle body transferring rail is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and to reduce processing time by vertically aligning turning rails which has different specifications to be parallel to each other. A device for changing a vehicle body transferring rail comprises a frame, a rotary plate, a first turning rail(34), a second turning rail(36), and a drive cylinder. The frame is fixed at a predetermined location where a first transferring rail(10) and a second transferring rail(20) are perpendicularly crossed each other. The first and the second transferring rails have different specifications. The rotary plate rotates on the frame. The first turning rail is located at a lower end of the rotary plate, and connects the first transferring rail in accordance with rotation of the rotary plate. The second turning rail is separated at predetermined distance from the first turning rail to horizontal direction, and connects the second transferring rail in accordance with rotation of the rotary plate. The drive cylinder is fixed to the frame and assembled to the rotary plate to rotate the rotary plate. A guide roller is placed at an edge of the frame and rotated on an outer surface of the rotary plate to prevent the rotary plate from being shaken when the rotary plate rotates.
