PURPOSE:To mass-produce the desired gene products with manifestation efficiency increased by transforming animal cells twice or more with a manifestation vector having the same structural gene. CONSTITUTION:Animal cells, a host, are transformed with a manifestation vector having the same structural gene twice or more times. Preferably, the transformation is conducted with a manifestation vector containing mutually different numbers of manifestation units having at least promoters, initiation codon, and structural gene. |
