PURPOSE:To reduce the processing time by supplying a transmission signal to a signal processing means resident in a block of a transmission destination designated from an input terminal, processing the signal and applying phase adjustment and coding for each block. CONSTITUTION:A designated transmission destination and a transmission signal are inputted from an input terminal 1011 in blocks being division s of an object zone such as a 1st block. The signal is supplied to a decision means 1131 in the 1st block and when the block of the transmission destination is discriminated to be, e.g. the 1st block, a control means 111 supplies a transmission signal to a signal processing means 1151. Coding and phase adjustment are applied to the transmission signal in the signal processing means 1151 and the resulting signal is sent in a radio wave from a relevant transmission means 1171 to, e.g. a reception means 119. In this case, the transmission signal is supplied to the signal processing means 115 in the block of the transmission destination designated from the input terminal 101, and processed and the processing time is reduced by applying phase adjustment and coding to each block. |
