<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a monoclonal antibody which is useful in detection, purification, or determination of human tissue factor, its complex with seventh factor and their decomposition products, because it specifically binds to human tissue factor, but does not inhibit the blood coagulation activity. CONSTITUTION:The subject monoclonal antibody specifically binds to human tissue factor without inhibition of its blood coagulation activity. The antibody preferably originates from human placenta among human tissues. This antibody is produced by hybridoma cells of FERM P-10505, P-10506, and P-10507.</p> |
