<p>PURPOSE: To provide a lightweight and inexpensive hose fixing device with which a hose wall is inserted in a hose connection part and is retained by a hole retaining ring. CONSTITUTION: A hose fixing device incorporates a closed metal ring 1 which surrounds hose walls 2, 1 with respect to the outer periphery of a hose connection part 3 over a width B so as to radially press the same. The hose 2 made of rubber or plastic is inserted onto the hose connection part, and the axial part B of the hose 2 is surrounded in a ring-like manner, and pressed by a hose retaining ring 1. The inner diameter D of the metal ring 1 in which the hose retaining ring 1 is closed, is reduced so that it surrounds the hose wall 2 to press the outer peripheral surface of the hose connection part 3. As a result, it is possible to provide the fixing device which is lightweight, which can be manufactured at a low cost, and which is suitable for automated manufacture on a mass production base.</p> |
