PURPOSE:To efficiently cut artificial wood by setting the shape and dimensions of a core edge and 'set' tooth of a circular saw blade to specified values and setting the peripheral speed of the circular saw less than a specified value at the time of cutting calcium silicate artificial wood by a circular saw. CONSTITUTION:At the time of cutting artificial wood which is made of calcium silicate crystal as main raw material and a small quantity of inorganic fiber, organic matter and inorganic additives by a circular saw, the circular saw is formed in such a manner that the feed per one edge of the circular saw is from 0.3mm to 0.1mm, 'set' of the circular saw blade has a value from 0.3mm to 0.5mm on one side, and a core edge without 'set' is partially provided. At the time of cutting by a circular saw without dust collecting equipment, the peripheral speed of the circular saw blade is set less than 1500mm/min. The circular saw blade is fitted to a main body 2 in the ratio of one core edge 3 without 'set' to plural edges 1 with 'set'. If the peripheral speed of the circular saw blade is less than 1500mm/min., cutting work can be accomplished without trouble of generation of dust even if there is no dust collecting equipment. |
