PURPOSE:To exclude a measurement data subjected to adverse effect of external disturbance due to a harmful light and to attain pickup without fail by invalidating the measurement of an object condition when the harmful light is discriminated. CONSTITUTION:The camera is provided with a range finder 11 finding the range up to an object and using a light such as an infrared ray, a photometry device 12 measuring the lightness of the object, a color measuring device 13 measuring the color temperature of the light irradiating to the object, a dimmer 14 applying strobo dimmer at strobo pickup, a strobo 15, a total controller 16 controlling the entire camera main body, a switch 17 being in the reception standby state from a remote controller through closing, and a display device 18 applying various displays while using a light emitting diode or a liquid crystal. In this case, when a harmful light is discriminated, the measurement of object condition is invalidated. That is, when the LED of the remote controller is lighted, the operation of sensors 11, 12 and 13 is inhibited or the measurements at that time are not read and the measurement is applied when the LED of the remote controller goes off. Thus, accurate measurement is attained. |
