<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy of the positional determination of a seat frame, by holding a part of a seat frame between the protruded part and the energizing part together provided in a cavity while allowing a slit to hold the other end part of the seat frame in a bit state. CONSTITUTION:The root part 4 of a seat frame 1 covered with an urethane material 15 is set so as to be supported by the slit 17 formed to a lower mold 12 and, subsequently, an upper mold 9 is united with the lower mold 12 so as to introduce the atachment part 17 of the seat frame 1 between the plate 10 and the leaf spring 11 together provided to the upper mold 9 to perform the positional alignment of the seat frame 1 in the mold and, thereafter, a seat pad molding material is expanded.</p> |
